How fees, deposits, and payments are handled with GIG LOGISTICS LLC.
How Payment Works
Every fee is listed in your signed GIG carrier agreement before anything is due. Nothing is collected until you have reviewed the packet and received a reference number.
- Submit your agreement Complete the online wizard and save your reference number.
- Receive your invoice GIG emails an itemized invoice from info@giglogisticsllc.com.
- Pay using an accepted option Send payment using the exact details on your official GIG invoice.
- Get confirmation We confirm receipt in writing and move you to activation.

Service Fees
- Dedicated lane security deposit: $399 (fully refundable after first completed delivery)
- Rented Trailer Program: $500 for 3 months (dry van or reefer)
- Insurance application assistance: $500 (same-day service)
- Factoring registration / setup: $250 (same-day)
- Bundle discounts available when you combine services
